Fruit Spinach Flax Seed Smoothie

Ok, so my family and I aren’t really great at eating all of our servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  Are most people?  It’s really hard to get them all in.  That is why I LOVE this smoothie.  It’s loaded with tons of good things for you body.  It’s super easy to make and you can drink it on the go.

I have been making this smoothie for my daughter and myself for about two years now.  I love that is not only tasty, but good for us.  It has fruits and spinach as well as protein from Greek Yogurt and Omega 3 oils from the Flax seed.  It is great for my growing toddler and definitely benefits me as a runner.

I really struggle making sure my kids (and myself) get enough veggies in. This is a great solution! I’d love to try this with my kiddos! I’m pinning this and putting the ingredients on the grocery list–can’t wait to try it!
