Easy Fall Hostess Gift | The Casual Craftlete

Are you headed to a Fall party this year or maybe a Thanksgiving Day gathering?  Want to impress your hostess with a simple yet practical gift?  Well, you will want to check this out because it doesn’t get any easier than this!

About a month ago my Husband and I took a day trip to St. Louis.  We don’t go often since it about a two hour drive.  But, when we do go we always stop at Archiver’s.  It’s my favorite scrapbooking store EVER!  While I was browsing through every nook and cranny of the store, I found these cute little Journaling Fall Word Tags by Chic Tags.

Fall Word Tags by Chic Tags

I love how simplistic these cute tags.  I had so many thoughts and ideas running through my head about what type of project to use these fun tags on.  I just love giving others gifts and I had a couple bottles of wine already at home, so why not use the tags with the bottles of wine?!  Good idea, right?  I mean who doesn’t enjoy getting a bottle of wine.  It’s a thoughtful gift that is practical.  Its something the hostess of the party could save for a later date or crack open the night of the party to let everyone enjoy.

Wine bottle tags

All I had to do with the tags was use a hole punch on the top of the tag and use ribbon and twine to tie around the wine bottles.  So super easy!  And since they are journaling tags, I wrote a sweet message to the hostess of the party.

Journaling Tags

The Fall Word Tags come in a packet of 6 for $3.75.  You can buy them off the Chic Tags website HERE.
