Honey Tangerine Sparkler – a refreshing cocktail or mocktail using 100% all natural, locally grown Florida citrus juice.  The vibrant color and amazing flavors of this drink will be sure to cool you down this summer.

Honey Tangerine Sparkler - a refreshing summer drink made with Natalie's Orchard Island JuiceHello there!  Today I am sharing a delicious summertime drink recipe.  This Honey Tangerine Sparkler is ah-maz-ing!  Really, it’s very good.  This unique juice flavor and recipe uses my favorite all-natural Natalie’s Juice.  I’ve combined the juice with bourbon and made ice cubes using the honey tangerine juice and fresh mint leaves.  I hate a watered down drink, so by making ice cubes with the juice, it simply melts adding more flavor.  This refreshing cocktail (or mocktail if you prefer) is the perfect summer sipper to enjoy on those hot days.

Honey Tangerine Sparkler using all natural fruit juice and bourbonAfter a long day of playing outside and working around the house, I just crave a nice cold refreshing beverage in the summer evenings.  Let’s be honest; I like to treat myself every once in awhile with a nice adult drink after my daughter goes to bed because I earned it and sometimes because I need it.  This honey tangerine sparkler sure does hit the spot.  It is fruity and crisp from Natalie’s juice and fresh mint.  It’s also smooth from the bourbon and I added sparkling water for effervescence.  If you are making this a mocktail or non-alcoholic, simply leave out the bourbon.  It still tastes great and summery!

Juice with fresh mint ice cubesFirst I started by making ice cubes by placing fresh mint leaves into the bottom of an ice cube tray.  Then I poured Natalie’s Honey Tangerine Juice over the mint and letting them freeze over night.  When the ice cubes melt they add more of the delicious juice flavor and mint aroma.  The mint pairs really nicely with the honey tangerine juice.
