Do I have a super cute paper craft for you today!  These Tissue Paper Flowers are so incredibility darling.  This easy craft can be made in a “SNAP” – you can complete several of these flowers in 15 minutes or less.  I love decorating and crafting with these tissue paper flowers.  You can use them in your scrapbooking projects, gift wrap, card making and more.  You could even attach a small clip and use them as a flower hair clip.  These flowers are very versatile and can be used for any occasion.

  • Tissue paper
  • 2-Inch circle scallop paper punch
  • Stapler
  • 1-1/2 inch round punch
  • Adhesive tape

Let’s get to it!

How to make tissue paper flowersFirst I started by punching out several pieces of tissue paper using the 2-inch circle scallop paper punch.  The more pieces of tissue paper you have, the more full and poofy the flower will be.

DIY tissue paper flowerTake your fingers and gather one piece of the tissue paper and scrunch together.  Keep doing this one piece at a time – I think the flowers look better if you do it one at at time.
