Homemade PayDay Candy bars

Homemade PayDay Candy Bars

If you love peanuts and PayDay candy bars , you will want to write this recipe down! These bars are so easy to make and with just a few ingredients. They are a perfect salty sweet snack and great for game day parties. This is a very unique and tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 jars dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package peanut butter chips

Layer the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan with 1 jar of peanuts. In a medium saucepan, melt oleo and marshmallows. Add the condensed milk and peanut butter chips. Stir until melted. Evenly pour over layered nuts. Top with the second jar of peanuts. Press with fingers. Let set until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Step 2. In a medium sauce pan melt 1 stick of butter and 2 cups of mini marshmallows.

Step 4. Evenly pour over layered nuts.

Step 5. Top with the second jar of peanuts. Press with fingers. Let set until firm.

    These look so good! Do you think I could substitute marshmallow cream for the marshmallows? I have an extra jar laying around, and I would love to make this recipe. Maybe I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the delicious idea!

    Thanks for this recipe, my boyfriend will love that I can make Payday bars for him at home, he got a bit obsessed last time we were in the states. Can I check the sizes of the jars of peanuts, can of condensed milk, and package of peanut butter chips you use? I’m from the UK so may have different standard sizes. Ounces or grams will be fine.
